I am a senior attorney working in one of top leading full service law firms in mainland China with years of proven experience in IP protection, prosecution and litigation. I work exclusively in the field of trademarks as well as copyright and unfair competition field for many years. I know IP practice inside and out.
I litigated and defended multi million trademark and trade dress disputes in local courts across China, and trademark retrial cases in High Court and Supreme Court. I managed the global IP porfolio for state owned companies, provided IP compliance, strategic planning, risk mitigation for China domestic and foreign SMEs. I also assisted hundreds of China SMEs to avoid IP risks when doing business in Middle East and Latin American countries.
