With 16 years of experience navigating China’s dynamic legal environment, I currently serve as a senior lawyer at a leading Chinese law firm. My practice goes well beyond intellectual property, encompassing a broad spectrum of cross-border legal services. I specialize in complex contract negotiations, commercial collaborations, labor disputes, infringement cases, and equity-related conflicts, offering comprehensive legal solutions tailored to international businesses operating in China.

Throughout my career, I have successfully managed multi-million dollar disputes involving trademarks, copyrights, and trade dress across courts nationwide, including significant retrial cases before the Supreme Court. I have also developed global IP portfolios for state-owned enterprises and provided critical compliance and risk management guidance to both domestic and international small and medium-sized enterprises.
